Our team have experience in Local Authority as qualified Environmental Health Officers for more than 25 years and as Primary Authority Lead Managers with B&Q and HC3S. For more than 10 years we have worked with business of all sizes (start-ups to national).

Our team
Ruth Baker, Simply Safer
Ruth Baker has over twenty five years experience working as an Environmental Health Officer, working in Local Authority and with businesses. She has worked as the Primary Authority Officer for B&Q, Matthew Clark and HC3S – Hampshire County Council Catering Services. Ruth has Chartered Status, which is the highest level of professional achievement within the Environmental Health profession, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

All of this experience has led to Ruth being in the unique position of knowing how both sides perceive safety; the enforcement officers and businesses.
