Ruth and The Simply Safer Team


Ruth Baker has had over twenty years working as an Environmental Health Officer, working in Local Authority and with businesses. Most recently she has worked as the Primary Authority Officer for B&Q, Matthew Clark, Chalcroft Farm Shops and HC3S - Hampshire County Council Catering Services. Ruth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (MCIEH).

All of this experience has led to her being in the unique position of knowing how both sides perceive safety; the enforcement officers and businesses.
