Who is this qualification for?
This Food Safety Level 2 qualification is for individuals who are, or intend to be, food handlers working in catering. The objective of this qualification is to prepare learners for employment in catering role, or to support a role in the workplace.
How long will it take?
The total time for this qualification is 3-5 hours (recommended as guided learning hours).
Discover food safety is the responsibility of all involved in the storage, preparation, cooking service and handling of food. Improve food safety, learn how to implement food safety management systems (e.g. HACCP) and avoid food poisoning.
This is a multiple-choice examination. Certificate of completion issued.
This course does not provide a qualification itself but does meet mandatory training requirements. If you wish to achieve a recognised qualification, then you will need to sit an exam with Simply Safer who are a recognised Highfield training provider (you can still use the e-learning as the knowledge element of the training).
You will receive an electronic copy of your certificate immediately on completion of the course.
